Job description

Based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, Riverlite is an established, exciting and growing Cloud IT Managed Services Provider. This is a new role due to significant growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales, your role will be primarily supporting the sales team by handing all day to day requests, dealing with suppliers and entering information into the relevant systems. Secondary will be providing administrative assistance to the wider business.


  • Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
  • Support and coordinate sales department tasks, diaries, scheduling, travel and expenses
  • Preparation and coordination of documentation, monthly reports, and other related materials for sales forecast reporting, client visits, internal meetings and sales meetings
  • Support meeting and event logistics such as invites, bookings, room set up and catering
  • Assist with data entry into key systems – HubSpot, Sage and ConnectWise
  • Support the day to day purchasing for stock and outstanding sales orders
  • Support the creation of purchase orders on systems/data entry
  • Chasing up quotations & keeping purchase order computer system up to date
  • Ordering office stationery and kitchen supplies, ensuring stock is replenished
  • Assist with monthly procurement and sales reports
    General office management
  • Assist with all external visitors on arrival

Key attributes and skills

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage several tasks at the same time
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Flexibility is key – we are a small team and you may be required to assist other members of staff to get a job completed
